Björn Trägårdhs has a wide artistic experience. For a number of years he worked with glass art, but in 1939 he moved to Paris and worked as a visual artist. He ended his career producing buttons and brooches for fashion houses such as Dior, Bry'ere, and Schisparelli. Buttons and Brooches are today exhibited at various art museums in Europe.
